Questions
How do I sign up for Gratify Rewards?
Signing up is free and takes under a minute. Join in store at Emerald Fields or sign up online, and the benefits start straight away — you earn toward rewards on your very first purchase.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend before tax, on every purchase online or in store, and can get up to 10% back in rewards. Points are added to your account automatically at checkout — no scanning or extra steps required.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Just tell your budtender at checkout which reward you'd like to apply. The full ladder: 100 pts = $5 credit, 250 pts = $10 credit + a joint, 500 pts = $50 credit, 750 pts = $75 credit, 1,000 pts = $100 credit + a 1/8th of flower or 1g concentrate (manager's choice of brand & strain) — or keep stacking for the grand prize.
What's the grand prize?
A Tesla Model 3 — really. Stack 250,000 Gratify points and you can redeem them for one. It's the ultimate Gratify reward, and every purchase you make gets you a little closer.
Can I earn and redeem online as well as in store?
Yes. Points are earned on orders placed online for pickup and on purchases made at the counter, and your balance is the same either way. Show your rewards wallet to your budtender to redeem.
What is the birthday reward?
Every Gratify member gets a free birthday gift every year — no spend required. Just make sure your birthday is on file in your account so we can celebrate with you during your birthday month.
Do my points expire?
Your points stay active as long as your account has at least one transaction within 12 months at any Emerald Fields location. Accounts inactive for over 12 months may have points expire.
